Landscaping Tips
- Oak Wilt is a serious concern in Austin, please don’t prune your oak trees between February and June.
- The City of Austin requires vegetation to be trimmed back from sidewalks, and trees to be trimmed up 8′ above sidewalks and 14′ above streets.
Post Puller for Tree Posts
The HOA has a T-Post puller available to be loaned out to help remove any old posts you may have that are no longer needed to support your trees. If you would like to use the puller, please contact the Maintenance and Safety Committee to schedule a time.
Pool FOB Form
In order to gain access to the neighborhood pool you will need a pool fob. Please fill out the Pool Access Form and you will be issued a fob, one per household. If you have lost your fob, please fill out the form and send $35 for a replacement fob. If you are replacing a lost pool fob, the old fob will be deactivated.
Pool Rules
The pool rules are sent out with your keycard and are posted at the pool. They are also available here for quick reference. Please be sure to read the pool rules for the safety of everyone so we can all have a great time at the pool.
